    All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. We prepare orders between Monday and Friday, and they are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. They are shipped the day after they are processed, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In the next 24 to 48 hours, you will receive the track code to monitor the progress of the shipment

    As soon as we ship your order, we will send you tracking information. You will receive a track-code so that you can easily track the path of your package by the day after your package is shipped. We are not responsible for delivery times, but we rely on the best couriers and postal services and ALL offer online tracking service. Please contact us within 3 days from the date of your purchase if you do not receive our confirmation of receipt of your order

     

    🌟Can I return my order?🌟

    Of course!!! If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will only ask you to provide us with your order number and reason for return so that we can review the return request and send you further instructions when the return is approved. You will be fully refunded using the same payment method you chose at the time of purchase. We only ask that you review our return policy, highlighting that all products must be in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging, and that the cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the purchaser.

     

    🌟 What happens if the items I received are defective, wrong or damaged?🌟

    In this case, we ask you to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, indicating if you have received incorrect, missing and/or defective merchandise. You need the order number, photographs of the package (how it was received) and the item, as well as all references related to the receipt of the package.We guarantee that we will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible !!!
